Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. The Sponsor, and the Sponsor's immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
The giveaway begins September 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
Limit: one free entry and one bonus entry per person and per email address — a maximum of two entries each. Submitting again with the same email updates your entry; it does not add more. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void.
Three (3) winners. Each winner receives one (1) Uttr-branded apparel item of their choice from those available at the time of fulfillment — a hoodie, t-shirt or hat (approximate retail value up to $65 USD each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to $195 USD. Sizes and colors are subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
On or about November 3, 2026, the Sponsor will select three winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, weighted by each person's number of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified at the email address they entered with, and must reply within seven (7) days with a US shipping address and their prize choice. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or a notification is returned as undeliverable, that prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.
Your email address and Instagram handle are used only to run this giveaway — to count entries, verify the bonus entry, and contact winners. They are not sold or shared, and they are not connected to anything you capture in the Uttr app. See the privacy policy. To have your entry removed, email the Sponsor.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, and entrants release the Sponsor from liability arising from participation or from the acceptance or use of a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
